Returns Policy

All products are 100% guaranteed if not misused.

On The Main assumes no responsibility for items damaged by customer abuse or error.

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer to qualify for our 30-day guarantee.

On The Main does not issue refunds. We will submit items to the originator for repair or replacement, unless damaged by misuse or abuse.

All requests to return factory defective merchandise must be obtained from On The Main Headquarters before any goods are returned. Call (207) 646.9280 and a Customer Service Representative will give you a RMA number or email to: onthemain@onthemain.com. This authorization number is only valid one time and for 30 days.

All returned items must be in their original condition including: packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.

A merchandise reprocessing charge will be applicable and credit will not be issued for any returned merchandise, which after our inspection is found to be:

  • Unauthorized for return
  • Incomplete item return
  • Not factory defective
  • Abused (not factory defective)
  • Improperly packed and impossible to check for factory defect
